Where is Zico?

Zico is located in Yardley, PA, a small town about 30 miles northeast of Philadelphia and about 5 miles south of Trenton, NJ.

Can I buy direct from Zico?

Zico does not sell direct to the public. Our products are available through OEMs, distributors, and local dealers around the world.

What are average lead times of orders placed?

On the average, most small stock orders will ship within 5 working days of when the order is placed. If you order some of our larger products, such as our Ladder Rack System or another product which needs assembly, 2 to 4 weeks delivery is normal. If possible, some orders can be put in a “rush” status, but only if they are stock items.

What shipping carriers does Zico use?

We have existing accounts with “UPS” and “FedEx.” If not specified by the customer, we will typically choose the service which is most economical. Depending on size and weight, some orders may require that we use motor truck. The customer may specify the truck carrier. If no carrier is requested, we will choose one for you.

Is there a dealer in my area?

We have distributors and dealers around the world. Typically, you can purchase our products by contacting your normal firefighting equipment supplier. If not, give us a call or send us an email and we will be happy to help you out.

Does Zico accept credit cards?

No, we do not currently accept credit cards. However, check with your local dealer or distributor as they may very well accept them.

Does Zico have an (800) number?

What is Zico's warranty policy?

Guarantee: Zico agrees that for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase it will replace F.O.B. factory any materials or workmanship found defective upon inspection at our factory after being transported prepaid. ALL OTHER EXPENSES OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. In no event shall Zico be liable for special or consequential damages, delay, costs of repair or other losses and Zico’s liability on any claim whether or not based in contract or in tort or occasioned by Zico’s active or passive negligence for loss or liability arising out of or connected with its products shall be limited to that set forth in this paragraph entitled “Guarantee.”
