I tried to submit a catalog request and it didn't work. Why?
- There are a few possible answers. The first one is that all the required fields must be
completed before a request will be submitted to us. Perhaps you did not fill out all of the required fields. In addition, it
could be that you do not have an email program on your computer. When you fill out a request form and then hit the submit the
request button, the information is sent as an attachment on an email. If you do not have an email program on your computer, then the
request cannot be sent. However, the request form is just one way to request a catalog. You can call us, fax us, or send us an email

How can I easily find a particular product on your web site?
- Our products section is set up exactly like our yearly distributed catalog, so if you know
where in the catalog a product is located, it will be under the same catagories on this site. If you can't find the product you want,

I am having trouble printing out your web pages. What should I do?
- If you are having trouble printing out the web pages, we suggest changing your printer
to print in landscape mode. To do this with windows:
- Go to the web page you want to print. Choose print from the file menu on your browser.
- This will cause the Print menu to appear.
- Click on the PREFERENCES button.
- This will bring up a printing preferences menu.
- Choose LANDSCAPE and click OK
- CLick OK to print.
